Which part of the RV is leaking?
Slide-out room, window or door, or the bay door low on the side — just point at it.

How thick is the surface the seal grips?
Measure the metal or fibreglass edge the old seal pushes onto.

Does the old seal have a hollow bulb?
Squeeze it. A bulb collapses; a wiper is a solid flap that sweeps.
Have ready
- A look at the leak — which part of the vehicle it comes from.
- A ruler or tape — the edge the seal grips, measured in fractions of an inch.
- The old seal in your hand — you will squeeze it once.
